Our leggings are free sizing.  Dimensions are approximate.  Lean fits a size 6-16, Luscious fits a size 14-22, Extra Luscious fits a size 20-26, Bodacious fits a size 24-30, Little fits a size 5-10, Little Junior fits a size 12-16.

 

Product colour may appear differently in print ads, or on-screen than they do in person.

 

Online Orders

All prices are in New Zealand dollars ($) and are inclusive of GST.

 

Payment must be received in full prior to shipping.

 

We will send you an email to confirm that we have received and accepted your order, another email will be sent confirming when your order has been shipped.  Orders placed will be shipped to be received within approximately 2-5 business days of receipt of payment.  Rural addresses can take approximately 2 days longer and include an additional fee compared to standard postal addresses.

 

In the event, we are unable to supply any part of your order you will be contacted directly and offered an alternative item to complete your order.

 

Online Payments

Returns Policy

Sweet Cheeks Leggings products are warranted to be received in new condition and to be free from defects in material.  Our warranty does not apply to damage caused by typical wear and tear, unreasonable use, or neglect.  Refunds or exchanges are available for defective products, all other sales are final.

 

Please choose carefully as we are unable to refund if you change your mind.  We are happy to exchange goods within 14 days of original purchase for the value of the original purchase price, providing the goods are in their original condition with original tags and have not been worn.

 

Shipping costs associated with the return of items to be exchanged is the responsibility of the customer.  If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

 

Faulty Items

Sweet Cheeks Leggings Ltd abides by the Consumer Guarantees Act for any faulty or damaged items.  We are committed to ensuring that the items you buy from us are consistently produced in line with our rigid quality specification requirements, including fabrication, construction, and fit.  If your item is faulty we apologise for the inconvenience.

 

Faulty items can be returned and exchanged for a replacement item of the original price within 14 days of receiving your order, with proof of purchase, shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.  Sweet Cheeks Leggings must be informed of any faulty product proposed to be returned prior to it being received by us.

Returning Items That Are Not In Original Condition Or Outside The 14-day Timeframe

Unfortunately, with the exception of faulty items, we are unable to accept items returned that are not in their original condition or returned after 14 days of you receiving your item.  Any items returned under these circumstances may incur a cost to get the items back to you.

 

Items Damaged In Transit
